Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 14 days free on the Team plan. No credit card required. After the trial, pick any paid plan or cancel. Your data remains exportable at any time.
What is Signeto?
Signeto is a digital work acts platform for service businesses in Estonia and the Baltics. You fill out an act on your phone, the client signs with a finger, and the PDF is delivered automatically to their email.
Is digital signature legally valid in Estonia?
Yes. Signeto uses an electronic signature with a timestamp and IP address. Under Estonian law of obligations, the resulting act has the same weight as a paper-signed one.
What if the client has no email?
You can save the PDF and send it via WhatsApp, SMS or Telegram. You can also print it on paper — the digital original stays in the archive.
Does it work on Android and iOS?
Yes, Signeto runs in the mobile browser (PWA) on both Android and iOS. Add it to your home screen and it works like an app. Same account, same data, auto sync.
How is data protected? (GDPR)
Data is stored on EU territory (Hetzner, Helsinki). All connections use TLS 1.3, daily backups. We are GDPR compliant and sign a DPA upon request.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is one click in settings. Access to your data continues until the end of the period, export is always available. No lock-in, no exit fees.
Does it support Smart-ID?
Smart-ID and Mobiil-ID support is coming in Q3 2026. For now, signing is done with a finger or stylus directly on the screen — this is a legally valid Simple Electronic Signature under eIDAS art. 3(10), recognised across the EU, with timestamp and IP address.
What language is support in?
Support is in Estonian, Russian and English. The first reply usually arrives within the same business day, no later than the next morning.
