Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Signeto is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Relond Grupp OÜ (registry code 12197858, Kooli 10, Jõhvi, 41532, Estonia) for creating, signing, and managing digital work completion acts. The service includes a web application, mobile application (iOS and Android), and automated PDF document delivery.

Electronic signatures comply with the eIDAS Regulation (EU No 910/2014) and carry the legal status of advanced electronic signatures (AdES).

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Signeto is intended for business use. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;
  • you are registering on behalf of a business and have the authority to do so;
  • you provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
  • you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

A single account may include multiple users (employees) in accordance with the selected plan.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1. Plans

Signeto offers various subscription plans. Current pricing and features are available at signeto.eu/en/#pricing. A free plan is available with limited functionality.

3.2. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (annual plans carry a discount). Charges are processed automatically on the subscription renewal date.

3.3. Refunds

Fees for an already-started billing period are non-refundable. If you cancel before the end of a period, access remains active until the end of the paid term.

3.4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify you of price increases by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Signeto only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

  • using the service for fraud, forgery, or unlawful transactions;
  • unauthorised access to other users' personal data;
  • transmitting malware, spam, or harmful content;
  • overloading the system with artificial requests (DoS/DDoS);
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the source code;
  • reselling the service without written authorisation.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend an account in the event of a violation.

5. Ownership of User Data

The documents you upload, acts you create, and all other data belong to you. Relond Grupp OÜ does not claim ownership and will not use your content for commercial purposes without your consent. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We target 99% monthly uptime (excluding planned maintenance). We will notify you of planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for unavailability caused by force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relond Grupp OÜ is not liable for:

  • indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss;
  • damages arising from service unavailability due to force majeure;
  • failures in third-party integrated applications.

Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@signeto.eu. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

Data export: After account closure, you have 30 days to export your data. After that period, data is permanently deleted.

By us: We may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Signeto software, design, logos, and all other content are owned by Relond Grupp OÜ and protected by copyright. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the competent court is Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
